Location: Lewisville, TX - Potential for Work From Home
Start Date: 01/06/2025
Pay: $13.50/hour = $540 weekly pay while you train and learn the job. $15.00/hr. once hired perm = $640 weekly pay!
Training Schedule: Monday - Friday: 8am - 5pm (Flexible to train until 7PM and on Saturday as needed)
Work Schedule: Monday - Saturday: 10am-7pm (You will work every Saturday and have another day off during the week). Always off on Sunday.
Job Responsibilities:

Customer Service Representatives will be taking inbound customer service calls from customers/clients who are having trouble with their garage door system or need help programming wireless devices.

Rerouting customers to other lines of support such as a different department.

Referring customers to local dealers for service, handling warranty coverage discussions about products.

Managing inbound calls and corresponding with customers via phone and email

Maintain proper documentation of customer files
